The conference is attended by Canadian Armed Forces Linemen\, DND Public Servants\, and senior members of the Department of National Defence. They are responsible for the design\, installation\, testing\, maintenance and management of Strategic Towers\, Antennas and Cable Networks at all Canadian Forces Bases and Stations across Canada and deployed communication assets worldwide.
