Available in models supporting 2 or 4 analog channels, Keysight InfiniiVision 1000 X-Series oscilloscopes have a base bandwidth of 70 MHz and support up to 200 MHz with the optional bandwidth upgrade. With a sampling rate up to 2 GSa/s and update rate up to 50,000 waveforms per second, the InfiniiVision 1000 X-Series provides real-time signal detail on a generous 7-inch LCD WVGA display. If you need it, InfiniiVision 1000 X-Series models can help you save bench space with an integrated digital voltmeter and optional 20 MHz function generator with included Bode plot test. And of course, the InfiniiVision 1000 X-Series oscilloscopes include all the scope functionality you expect from Keysight, with waveform math functions including add, subtract, multiply, divide, FFT (magnitude and phase), and low pass filter.
