Dr. Louis J. Hutchinson, III is the CEO of Network Wireless Solutions (NWS), an industry leading infrastructure solution provider for wireless and wireline communications. NWS focuses on distributing products and services for digital infrastructure. Specifically, materials distribution, kitting & logistics, design engineering, and delivery of custom fiber and cable connectivity solutions.

 

Dr. Hutchinson brings over 30 years of hyper-growth experience from a variety of Fortune 500 companies as an executive in technology, energy, and satellite communications including roles as Chief Operating Officer at VEIC, Chief Revenue Officer at WGL Holdings (NYSE:WGL), Officer & Sr. VP of Public Sector and Energy Efficiency at Exelon (NASDAQ:EXC), Founder CEO & Chief Technology Officer at Crunchy Technologies (IP acquired by IBM), and VP of Sales at Netscape Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: NSCP).

 

Dr. Hutchinson has been featured by the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, and many other trusted publications. He was named 2018 Chief Marketing Officer of the Year by the Washington Business Journal; Savoy Magazine’s Top 100 Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America in 2014, 2016, and 2018; and Black Enterprise Magazine’s 300 Most Powerful Blacks in the Fortune 500 in 2018.

David Gravermoen

David Gravermoen
Chief Financial Officer

David Gravermoen is the Chief Financial Officer of Network Wireless Solutions (NWS), bringing more than 31 years of financial and operational leadership experience. He specializes in corporate restructuring, operational turnarounds, and mergers and acquisitions integration, with extensive experience operating in private equity environments.

 

Throughout his career, David has helped transform underperforming manufacturing and distribution organizations into lean, profitable operations. His approach to financial leadership extends beyond cost management, emphasizing the importance of strengthening organizational capabilities and rebuilding strategic relationships with customers, vendors, and other key stakeholders to create sustainable business performance.

 

David also serves on the advisory board of Project R.E.S.T., supporting the organization’s work in the community.
