Keysight RP5900 Series Regenerative DC Power Supplies
March 16, 2026
Keysight introduces the RP5900 Series Regenerative DC Power Supplies, delivering a compact two-quadrant DC power solution with integrated regenerative load capability. Available in 1U and 2U form factors from 2 kW to 12 kW, the RP5900 Series combines a bidirectional DC power supply and an independent regenerative electronic load in a single unit. Its regenerative design returns up to 95% of absorbed energy back to the grid, significantly reducing operating and cooling costs while maintaining grid stability. When paired with PathWave Advanced Power Suite software, the RP5900 delivers powerful automation of complex test scenarios, rapid analysis, and deeper insights into power device performance.
