Xavier Williams is the Chief Executive Officer of Network Wireless Solutions (NWS), an industry leading infrastructure solution provider for wireless and wireline communications. NWS focuses on distributing products and services for digital infrastructure. Specifically, materials distribution, kitting & logistics, design engineering, and delivery of custom fiber and cable connectivity solutions.
With over 30 years of industry experience, prior to this role, Williams served as CEO of American Virtual Cloud Technologies (NASDAQ: AVCT), a global cloud communications provider and at AT&T (NYSE: T) across multiple disciplines, including finance, strategy, sales, product management, global operations, and human resources, most recently serving as President, Public Sector & FirstNet.
Williams has received numerous awards, including an Honorary Doctorate for Public Service from the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, the AT&T Chairman’s Diversity Award, the Eagle Award for outstanding leadership from the National Eagle Leadership Institute, and the USA Freedom Corps’ Award for Dedication to Volunteer Services.

Dr. Louis Hutchinson is the President and Chief Revenue Officer at Network Wireless Solutions (NWS) where he has responsibility for all Sales, Marketing, Corporate Communications strategy and execution. His responsibilities also include IT Management, Security, & Systems Integration.
Dr. Hutchinson brings over 30 years of hyper-growth experience from a variety of Fortune 500 companies as an executive in technology, energy, and satellite communications including roles as Chief Operating Officer at VEIC, Chief Revenue Officer at WGL Holdings (NYSE:WGL), Officer & Sr. VP of Public Sector and Energy Efficiency at Exelon (NASDAQ:EXC), Founder CEO & Chief Technology Officer at Crunchy Technologies (IP acquired by IBM), and VP of Sales at Netscape Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: NSCP).
Dr. Hutchinson has been featured by the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, and many other trusted publications. Dave Ascani is the Chief Financial Officer for NWS where he has responsibility for Strategic Planning, Accounting, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Credit Management, Financial Systems and other key support functions for the company.
Dave brings more than 30 years of experience as a senior financial executive in domestic and international distribution, telecommunications, manufacturing and logistics industries. Prior to joining NWS, Dave was the CFO / CIO at the Merit Distribution Group, a private equity backed international paint sundries and flooring wholesale distributor. Dave is a proud Air Force veteran and has worked for public, private, private equity and venture capital backed companies specializing in aggressive mergers and acquisitions and systems integrations.
